We do not have a political agenda, we are from many nations. I am too well aware That Life's Extreme Need, is belittled only by Life's greed. I have a simple idea that is only a suggestion for thought. Amnesty. If it were me I would set up a system and make it well known to the people. If you come forward and confess your corruption and are the first to report the corrupt act you will be given Amnesty for your part in the action. This would be for a limited period of 3 months and private secure numbers would be set up, and an international police force used to protect the man trying to do right. At the end of the time period, the evidence would be used to clean house and set a policy of honesty, integrity and dignity. If Nicaragua was to be bold and daring enough to lead the way in Latin America, she would be well rewarded. Think about that for a minute, ALL investors, retirees, vacationers, Funrunners, etc. would take a new look at Nicaragua over all other Latin American countries. Probably years away, but a good thought as you run it through the mind. Getting to a day when you did not need bars on the windows. The jobs, tourism and investment that will come to the first country that stands, will always be the leader. Just have a cup of cafe and think it through.
